麻城市财政局工作组制定《麻城市规范石材企业会计行为工作方案》

　　据了解，自麻城市创建 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业高质量发展示范城工作全面启动以来，麻城市财政局驻 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业园服务工作组一直持“5+2”、“白+黑”模式，扎实推进规范 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建账建制工作。 目前，产业园石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/财务建账建制初审工作已全面完成。
　　深入调研。麻城市财政局工作组在麻城市委市政府综合协调服务队的统一领导下，组织专业技术人员成立监督指导工作组，对 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/ 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/逐家进行调查摸底，全面细致地了解各家 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的类型、管理模式、主要 产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/及生产工艺流程、是否有配套矿山、财务机构设置、会计人员配备等情况。 在充分调研的基础上，工作组制定了《麻城市规范石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/会计行为工作方案》。
　　 统一规范。根据国家相关制度规定，结合麻城 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/ 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/实际情况，在反复研讨的基础上， 工作组联合税务部门制定了《麻城市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/会计行为规范》，力促各家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/财务核算口径统一。与此同时，工作组制定了《麻城市 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/ 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建账建制操作指南》，指导、督促各 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建章立制，加强财务数据监测、统计、分析，健全财务管理制度。
　　 集中审核。组织专业财务人员对各家 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的财务资料进行集中审核，引导 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/强化高质量发展理念，提高经营管理水平，规范建账建制，强化财务核算。截至6月23日，麻城市 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业园 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，财务管理规范的达24家，基本规范的达47家。
　　 下一步，工作组将组织石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/全体财务人员进行业务培训，进一步规范财务建账建制，强化 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/成本核算， 确保税收“预警值”测算和建账建制工作任务按照时间节点要求圆满完成。
