石材干挂安装表面管卡固定方案

    1.石材http://www.stonebuy.com/厚度较薄且可以确定龙骨位置;

    2.石材http://www.stonebuy.com/龙骨具体位置不明确。

    二、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/较厚龙骨位置不明确时管卡的固定方法

    1.方案：当干挂石材http://www.stonebuy.com/龙骨位置不明确时，可以将管卡直接固定在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/表面，具体做法为：用专用石材http://www.stonebuy.com/开孔器在大理石上开直径孔，飞机张栓通过涨钉把张栓后面弹开形成类似飞机翅膀样挂在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/背部，形成固定;

    2.优点：施工简单，易操作，飞机涨栓能保证管卡的固定安全且能保证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/外立面的完整性，不会损坏石材http://www.stonebuy.com/。

    三、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/较薄且可以确定龙骨位置时管卡的固定方法

    1.方案：若石材http://www.stonebuy.com/分布均匀，且可以明确龙骨位置时，用钻尾钉通过石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之间的缝隙将管卡固定在龙骨上。

    2.优点：与龙骨固定保证了管卡的稳定性、牢固性;不会破坏石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，不会影响石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的外立面。

    注：飞机涨栓使用说明
 

    1.先用专业石材http://www.stonebuy.com/开孔器在石才表面开孔，将飞机涨栓套在螺栓上如右图所示捏紧飞机涨栓端部塞入石材http://www.stonebuy.com/内部，上紧螺栓，飞机涨栓自动张开挂在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/表面，保证固定安全。

    2.飞机装栓的规格根据石材http://www.stonebuy.com/厚度不同采用不同规格，一般石材http://www.stonebuy.com/厚度为2.5-75px，腰线或者装饰部位石材http://www.stonebuy.com/会厚一些，正常石材http://www.stonebuy.com/采用32mm规格，腰线部位可以采用52mm规格。
